You will lead and motivate your team to communicate with our customers, offering expert sales advice and support to ensure we sell them the best deal that meets their requirements, delivers unbeatable value, provides a great shopping experience, and earns their lifetime loyalty.

  • You will listen to customer feedback and act on it promptly, following up on complaints, and ensuring your team understands their role in improving the shopping experience based on customer feedback.

  • You will ensure a great shopping trip for customers daily, overseeing your team to work effectively as per Tesco operating standards.

  • You will collaborate with the Stock and Admin manager to ensure weekly RFID counts are completed, and promote excellent product availability.

  • You will encourage your team to be passionate about our products, maintaining proper handling and storage routines, and presenting our range well.

  • You will create a positive first impression in your area, coaching your team to maintain shelf standards efficiently, ensuring products are visible and accessible.

  • You will foster a service culture, role-model helpful and friendly behaviors, and demonstrate enthusiasm for doing right by our customers.

  • You will control costs, deliver budgets, and minimize waste through accurate routines.

  • You will work with the business to grow sales, implementing planned range and merchandising activities.

  • You will work closely with your team, Area Manager, and management to define standards for the Phone Shop, collaborating for success.
