Phone Repair Technician – Screen Refurbishment Specialist

Location: Long Buckby, NN6 7RR

We’re a high-volume, B2B phone repair business based in Long Buckby (NN6 7RR), looking for a skilled and motivated Phone Repair Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in screen refurbishment and confident handling complex repairs on a variety of phone models, including iPads.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform screen refurbishments across all phone models and iPads

Replace and repair touch layers, including touch ICs and polarisers when required

Fully strip down and reassemble devices from bare housing

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Handle high-volume repairs with attention to detail

Extra skills like micro-soldering are a bonus

Requirements:

Strong experience in screen refurbishment (especially iPhones and iPads)

Confident working with fully stripped phones from housing upward

Comfortable working independently and under pressure

Must be able to commute reliably to Long Buckby

Available to start immediately
