Job summary

Randox Health is seeking a Phlebotomist for our clinic located in a Holland & Barrett store in Winchester. This full-time, permanent role involves blood sample collection from private and corporate clients, IT-driven data entry, and delivering excellent customer service in a clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will have phlebotomy experience with a certificate or equivalent training, strong IT skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience or equivalent training required.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use patient information systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities required.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from private and corporate clients.
• Conduct client appointments including blood collection and data entry into PIS.
• Maintain accurate records within PIS and document handling.
• Represent Randox professionally at events and offsite appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at private health clinics.
• Drive sales and achieve targets.
• Support reception and front-of-house duties as needed.
• Complete specimen labelling and order forms accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage software systems.
