Primary Function: Responsible for performing all forms of phlebotomy procedures including registration on any age level, processing specimens to ensure stability, performing order entry procedures to ensure accuracy of patient/testing information, and providing all laboratory results to providers.

A high school diploma and a minimum of six months job-related experience or equivalent is required. All employees hired during or after 2012 must have Phlebotomy certification.
