A healthcare organization in Warwick is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to perform blood draws and manage patient information. The role requires a high school diploma and phlebotomy certification for hires post-2012. Responsibilities include obtaining samples, entering data, and ensuring specimen integrity. Responsible for performing all forms of phlebotomy procedures, including registration on any age level, processing specimens to ensure stability, performing order entry procedures to ensure accuracy of patient/testing information, and providing all laboratory results to providers.

A high school diploma and a minimum of six months of job-related experience or equivalent is required. All employees hired during or after 2012 must have Phlebotomy certification.
