Job summary

Pulse Nursing Agency is seeking experienced Phlebotomists and HCAs with Phlebotomy experience for shifts across South East Wales (Newport / Valleys East / Cardiff Fringe). Rates range from £18.00 to £25.78 per hour with weekend premiums. Roles require a Phlebotomy certificate and at least one year drawing blood.

You will perform POCT cholesterol checks, take vital signs, label and store samples, and document data. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Phlebotomy required.
• Minimum of one year's active experience drawing blood.
• Experience with POCT cholesterol checks and patient observations.

Responsibilities

• Perform POCT cholesterol checks and measure vital signs.
• Draw blood samples, label, store correctly and document findings.
• Monitor participant welfare and escalate as required.
