You must have a phlebotomy certificate, be IT‑proficient, and able to work 4‑on 4‑off shifts, including weekends. Hepatitis B vaccination is required or obtainable after interview; DBS checks and UK right‑to‑work are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client appointments, collect blood and urine samples, and enter data into PIS.
• Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS and document relevant documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Help with reception, front of house and other administrative duties.
• Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage software systems and daily tasks.
