We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist/Administrator to support the Clinical Investigation Unit at Royal Surrey Financial Trust Hospital. This role is ideal for someone with strong phlebotomy skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

As a Phlebotomist/Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Clinical Investigation Unit. You will be responsible for both patient-facing duties, such as phlebotomy and sample collection, as well as essential administrative tasks that support the unit's daily functions.

Main duties of the job

• Phlebotomy - Collecting blood samples from patients with care and precision
• Patient Interaction - Ensuring a compassionate and professional experience
• Administration - Managing records, data entry, and coordinating appointments
• Multidisciplinary Team Support - Working closely with clinicians, nurses, and support staff
• Problem-Solving - Anticipating and resolving issues to maintain efficiency
• Quality & Compliance - Adhering to safety protocols and patient confidentiality standards

The post holder will be an experienced Phlebotomist / Clinic Administrator to support the smooth running of our clinic. This role involves a combination of patient-facing tasks and administrative duties. You will be working alongside Clinicians and operational managers to ensure efficient patient care and record-keeping
