Job summary

Ellenbrook Medical Centre in Manchester is seeking a fully qualified phlebotomist to join our friendly team. The role is Fridays 7.30am - 4pm (8 hours per week) with a 30 minute unpaid break, starting as soon as possible.

The post is part-time with a closing date of 27 October 2026 and interviews on 3 November 2026. GP practice experience and EMIS Web familiarity are advantageous. We value a courteous, professional service and adherence to safeguarding and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• A recognised phlebotomy qualification and evidence of assurance of this.
• Commitment to any mandatory training highlighted by our practice.
• Previous phlebotomy experience (desirable).
• Emis Web experience (desirable).
• Basic Life Support training within the last 3 years (desirable).
• Infection control training within the last 3 years (desirable).

We are looking for a fully qualified phlebotomist to join our friendly team. Working hours are FRIDAY 7.30am - 4pm (8 hours per week), including a 30 min unpaid break. To start as soon as possible.
