Pulse Nursing Agency - Phlebotomist/HCA Positions in St Helens

Pulse Nursing Agency is seeking experienced Phlebotomists and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) with Phlebotomy experience in St Helens. Shifts are available from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 7:30 pm. We offer competitive hourly pay rates.

Responsibilities:
  1. Complete Point of Care Testing (POCT) such as cholesterol checks, height, weight, waist measurements, heart rate, and blood pressure, recording data accurately in the system.
  2. Draw and label two blood samples, ensuring correct storage.
  3. Monitor the welfare of participants during appointments and escalate concerns as necessary.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of one year’s active experience in blood drawing.
  2. Experience in taking patient observations.
  3. Excellent patient care skills.
  4. Immediate right to work in the UK.
  5. Applicants residing in the Red or Amber list of the WHO Workforce Support and Safeguard List are not eligible.
