Job description

Phlebotomist – We Train

You are a fit for us if you have:

  1. A High School diploma or GED
  2. Ability to work a flexible schedule

  4. Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable

Our ideal phlebotomist is patient, reliable, and really commits to keep our donors comfortable and happy.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
  2. Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
  3. Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
  4. Monitor donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
  5. Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.
  6. Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.

Grifols produces essential plasma-derived medicines for patients and provides hospitals and healthcare professionals with the tools, information, and services they need to deliver expert medical care.
