Pulse Nursing Agency is looking for experienced Phlebotomists and HCAs with at least 1 year of blood-taking experience. Shifts are available in Penrith, Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm. We offer competitive hourly pay rates.

As a Phlebotomist/HCA, you will:

• Perform POCT cholesterol checks, measure height, weight, waist, heart rate, and blood pressure, and record data accurately
• Draw and label two blood samples correctly and store them appropriately
• Monitor the welfare of participants during appointments and escalate concerns as necessary

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least one year of active blood-drawing experience
• Experience in taking patient observations
• Excellent patient care skills
• Right to work in the UK (immediate holders preferred)
• Note: We cannot support applications from candidates residing in the Red or Amber list of the WHO Workforce Support and Safeguard List
