Pulse Nursing Agency is looking for experienced Phlebotomists and HCAs with Phlebotomy experience of at least 1 year. Shifts are available in Redruth from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 7:30 pm. We offer competitive hourly pay rates.

As a Phlebotomist/HCA, you will:

1. Complete POCT cholesterol checks, including height, weight, waist measurements, heart rate, and blood pressure; record data accurately in the system.
2. Draw and label two blood samples, ensuring correct storage.
3. Monitor the welfare of participants during appointments and escalate concerns as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least one year of active experience drawing blood.
• Experience in taking patient observations.
• Excellent patient care skills.
• Immediate right to work in the UK.
• Note: We cannot accept applications from candidates resident in the Red or Amber list of the WHO Workforce Support and Safeguard List, as per the international recruitment code of practice.
