Job Overview

Randox Food Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team on Lisburn Road, Belfast. We are a leading provider of clinical diagnostics, focusing on innovative solutions to improve health worldwide. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform blood and urine sample collection from private and corporate clients.
  2. Maintain accurate records in our Patient Information Systems.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service and client understanding and consent.
  4. Represent Randox Health professionally at offsite events and appointments.
  5. Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
  6. Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including specimen labelling and test orders.
  7. Manage various software systems efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous phlebotomy experience with a certificate of competence.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High IT literacy.
  • Valid UK driving license.
Additional Information

The role requires vaccination against Hepatitis B or the ability to obtain it following a successful interview. An enhanced Access NI check is also required.
