Job summary

Southern Housing seeks a Gas Engineer - Electrician to perform electrical work in domestic social housing properties in South London, aiming for first-time fixes with support from a 24/7 network.

A valid UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and 2+ years of qualified experience are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
• 2 years minimum qualified experience.
• Must hold NVQ Level 3 Electrical, 18th Edition, Testing 2391 or equivalent.

• Basic Salary: £40,000.00 with realistic expected earnings between £45K and 50K thanks to our unique price work structure

Your role

You will be carrying out electrical work in domestic Social Housing properties, aiming for first‑time fixes with the support of our 24/7 network

What we need from you

• Hold a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points
• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Hold 2 year's minimum qualified experience
• Must hold NVQ Level 3 Electrical, 18th Edition, Testing 2391 or equivalent.
• Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards whilst offering excellent customer service
