About Our Client

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Philanthropy and Partnerships fundraising strategy to drive activities, including overseeing major donors, trusts, foundations, corporate partners, and legacy supporters.
• Report on income and expenditure, ensuring targets are met.
• Cultivate relationships with large funders for sustained engagement.
• Develop tailored proposals and partnership packages aligned with potential partners' priorities.
• Manage relationships with key corporate funders, negotiate agreements.
• Oversee trust and foundation opportunities, identifying potential funders.
• Plan and execute donor events to enhance engagement and retention.
• Manage CRM systems and oversee line management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify funding opportunities and share donor insights.

The Successful Applicant:

• Proven experience in senior fundraising roles with success in securing major funds.
• Experience managing fundraising teams and recruitment.
• Exceptional skills in major donor management and relationship building.
• Knowledge of targeting, segmentation, and response analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strategic outlook.

What's on Offer:

Salary between £39,000 and £42,500 plus 28 days holiday. 2 days in Oxfordshire office and 3 days remote working.
