We are helping Cranfield Trust find candidates to interview for their Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager position.

As our new Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, you will help drive Cranfield Trust’s fundraising and income generation activities, raising funds from a range of philanthropic sources, developing new and existing high-value relationships for Cranfield Trust, and managing a high-value fundraising portfolio, proactively and flexibly.
Reporting to the Head of Development, you will initiate, build and maintain successful relationships with new and existing donors and funders, meeting face to face and online as necessary to understand, create and sustain income opportunities. You will lead on developing and delivering a varied range of high-quality fundraising proposals for funders and donors and ensure all reporting requirements within your portfolio of funders and relationships are achieved. You will contribute to event organisation from a fundraising perspective and represent Cranfield Trust at special events as required. You will work collaboratively as a member of the Development team and of our wider team in support of income generation and good fundraising practice.
The successful candidate will have experience of fundraising in a non-profit organisation, producing successful proposals and applications for trusts, individuals and/or other sources, and building and maintaining tailored relationships. You will also have knowledge and experience of at least two types of income, including trusts and foundations, and a strong interest in our work as a capacity building charity, delivering critical management and leadership support for human welfare charities and non-profits.
