As alternative proteins — from plant-based to cultivated and fermentation-based — continue to evolve, these interdisciplinary projects explore how we can ensure this transition benefits both people and planet.

These projects contribute directly to building a resilient, equitable, and sustainable food system — and get the chance to be part of a vibrant global research community with over 100+ researchers shaping the future of food.
