TTP is seeking a PhD Graduate Consultant (Physics) to apply scientific rigour to multi-disciplinary teams, invent new products, and translate breakthroughs into commercial value. You will lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, build client relationships, and help grow the business across industries.

This role requires on-site work five days a week at our Cambridge-area campus, with opportunities to represent us at conferences in the UK and internationally, mentor colleagues, and shape your own

Qualifications

• Deep intellectual curiosity and inventiveness with first-principles thinking.
• Minimum 2:1 in Physics and PhD to be completed within 6–12 months.
• Commercially aware and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proactive and self-starting with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Collaborative and emotionally intelligent with clear communication across audiences.
