Responsibilities

• Conduct literature review and baseline characterisation of insulation materials.
• Perform multi-physics modelling and experimental evaluation of thermal conductivity and ageing.
• Develop and test thermally enhanced insulation materials with compatible manufacturing processes.
• Assess dielectric strength, PD resistance, and mechanical integrity under offshore conditions.
• Integrate results with system-level models to quantify performance improvements.
