TheFrancis Crick Institute invites applications for its Doctoral Fellowships for Clinicians, offering a unique opportunity for talented clinicians to carry out exciting research projects as part of the Crick’s clinical PhD programme.

About the Fellowships: This fully funded three-year PhD programme offers talented cliniciansthe opportunity to pursue biomedical discovery research in a world-classresearchenvironment. Research at the Crick spans multiple disciplines and aims toimprove ourunderstanding, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of disease.

The Programme:Fellows are based at the Crick and supported by a Crick primary supervisor, a secondary supervisor from one of our partner universities, and a dedicated thesis committee. They benefit from well-resourced research labs, state-of-the-art science technology platforms, and a supportive and stimulating research environment.

Funding: Our fellowships are fully funded for three years, covering salary, tuition fees and research costs. Successful candidates will receive a salary commensurate with their current experience/stage of training (up to but not including NHS consultant level).

Eligibility: We welcome applications from talented and motivated clinicians who are passionate about research, have a strong academic track record and hold GMC registration or equivalent.
