Our Pharmacy Technician rate of pay starts from £13.38 an hour; this increases to £14.59 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too and would love to hear from you.

The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility, so if your available times match closely but not exactly, we’d still love to hear from you. Click here to read more.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do.

There’s more than dispensing medicines. You’ll have opportunities to support customers with smoking cessation, medicine reviews, blood pressure checks, and blood glucose testing. It’s about supporting communities and making healthcare accessible and convenient.

Working alongside industry experts, you will receive local management and leadership support. Our management team comes from diverse backgrounds, providing opportunities to learn.

About the role

Availability Window:

  • Sun: 10:00 - 16:00
  • Mon: 08:00 - 20:00
  • Sat: 08:00 - 20:00

Pay and Hours

Starting from £13.38/hour, increasing to £14.59 inside the M25. Minimum guaranteed hours are 16 per week, with options for 12 hours. We accommodate flexible availability.

  • Supporting pharmacy management
  • Accurately dispensing medication

  • Following SOPs and legal requirements
  • Maintaining a tidy dispensary environment
  • Supporting team development and ongoing training
