Overview

Pharmacy Technician - Ad-Hoc Shifts (Prison Setting)

Location: Various prison sites across the East Midlands

Belmont Recruitment is currently looking for qualified Pharmacy Technicians to join our team for ad-hoc shifts within prison settings across the East Midlands. This is a flexible opportunity, allowing you to choose shifts that suit your availability.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care by actively listening to and acting on patient feedback.
  • Ensure the safe and compliant management of medications, maintain accurate patient records, and follow all relevant SOPs.
  • Provide professional, non-judgemental care in line with ethical standards.
  • Support all aspects of medicines management, including timely medication administration and promoting cost-effective prescribing as per the Health in Justice Medicines Policy.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to make a meaningful impact on patient wellbeing.

You will need Prison clearance for this role as we cannot supply this.

Pay Rates
  • Weekdays: £25 per hour
  • Saturdays: £27 per hour
  • Sundays: £35 per hour
