Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Additional Duties

• Support pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and clerical tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support clinical services as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through Walgreens' training program or other state requirements.
• Attend training sessions, earn continuing education credits, and stay updated on healthcare developments.
• Must be fluent in English and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, and PTCB certification.
