As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician at Methodist Hospital Southlake, you'll assist in various inpatient pharmacy activities, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your duties include interpreting, entering, preparing, dispensing, and distributing medications, maintaining excellent customer service with patients at the counter and via telephone, assisting with purchasing medications, and restocking pharmacy shelves. You will perform these tasks under minimal supervision within pharmacy standards, written procedures, guidelines, and state regulatory requirements. You are responsible for accurately completing daily activities and ensuring task completion.
Schedule: This position provides time off coverage "as needed" with a minimum of 4 hours per month. You may also be scheduled to work at the Northlake campus in Gary based on business needs.
Starting Pay: $15 - $17 per hour, depending on related work experience.
