We would like to welcome an enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to our team to provide training, support and development for staff in the dispensary at St Richards hospital Pharmacy department.
This is an ideal opportunity to develop new skills and experience in an area of pharmacy practice which is increasingly becoming an important part of our commitment to our patients and staff.
This position will provide the ideal candidate with the opportunity to expand on a training plan for new starters, evolve teaching to bring the Trusts outstanding status forwards with a focus on enhancing quality, and an improvement in staff engagement and retention.
The applicant must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be confident dealing with a wide range of healthcare professionals.

To provide a comprehensive pharmacy service to the patients of University Hospitals Sussex and Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will be responsible for providing the training and support to staff gaining qualifications/accreditations within the dispensary, and to support the induction of new staff entering the department.
