Job summary

Practice Plus Group - Health in Justice is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the team at HMP Hewell, a category B remand prison in Worcestershire. The role is full time with a seven-day service and an eight-week rolling rota.

You will receive bespoke induction, CPD opportunities, and regional/national career development support. Salary ranges from £29,264 to £33,510 depending on experience, with necessary UK right-to-work checks.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or above, BTEC or equivalent.
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Continual Professional Development (CPD) ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient-centred care, listening to and acting on patient feedback.
• Maintain medicines management records and follow SOPs to a high standard.
• Deliver non-judgemental care within professional standards, including cost-effective prescribing.
