Job summary

Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join the team at HMP Liverpool, on Agenda for Change Band 5. The role focuses on medicines management and patient-facing duties within a diverse, fast-paced prison healthcare setting.

Applicants should hold NVQ/BTEC Level 3 in pharmaceutical services and be registered as a UK Pharmacy Technician. The post offers permanent, full-time work with NHS pension and development opportunities.

Job summary

Are you a dedicated registered Pharmacy Technician looking for a new challenge within a diverse, fast paced setting? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to become part of an integrated clinical workforce at HMP Liverpool. Pharmacy Technicians are forming an essential part of our excellence in care long-term plan and as a result are taking on more diverse patient-facing roles. No two days are the same working in our friendly and supportive team.

Main duties of the job

We are looking to support and develop the skills of pharmacy technicians to provide a varied range of services. If you are interested in this post, you will need a minimum of NVQ level 3 in Pharmacy services and be a registered pharmacy technician.
