Job summary

skills4group is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice in Preston to support pharmacists and the healthcare team. The role offers blended training and hands-on experience, aimed at becoming a registered Pharmacy Technician.

You will learn through a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship, gain industry knowledge, and progress to full-time employment upon successful completion while earning a wage.

Qualifications

GCSEs at A-C (Maths & English desirable) or equivalent.
Eligibility for Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship training linked to course.
Willingness to learn and progress in pharmacy.

Responsibilities

Manage, order, receive and supply medicines safely.
Provide patient advice on prescriptions and OTC medicines.
Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, stock control and governance.
Supervise and mentor new staff as you progress.
