Current MaineHealth employees are not eligible for the sign-on bonus. Must be separated from MaineHealth system for 6 months to be eligible.

Summary

Working in a supportive role under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician - Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC) - Acute Care performs day-to-day operations, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of the ADC. This role also performs duties of a Pharmacy Technician as needed.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: Associate's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician. CPhT or PTCB certification preferred.
  3. Experience: Experience as a pharmacy technician or other healthcare-related position preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements: Technical expertise related to information technology.
