We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to be one of the first to join our team at HMP Millsike, a Category C men's prison, located in the village of Full Sutton near York.

HMP Millsike is a newly built prison with an operational capacity of 1500 places. As part of the government’s drive to cut reoffending, prisoners spend their sentences learning the skills they need to find work on release.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new healthcare team from the inception of a brand new prison site.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to be one of the first to join our team at HMP Millsike, a Category C men's prison, located in the village of Full Sutton near York.

HMP Millsike is a newly built prison with an operational capacity of 1500 places. As part of the government’s drive to cut reoffending, prisoners spend their sentences learning the skills they need to find work on release.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 6.45 - 19.15 (11.5 hrs)
Saturday - Sunday: 8.00 - 17.45 (8.75 hrs)

You will work 3 days (long shift) one week and 4 days the following week (including 2 long shifts & weekends), on a 10-week rolling pattern.

Salary

This position is full-time and you’ll receive an annual salary up to £40,211 per annum - depending on experience.
