A well-established GP practice in London is seeking a qualified pharmacy technician to support the Lead Pharmacist and ensure high-quality, safe repeat prescribing. The role involves managing prescriptions, working within a multidisciplinary team, and promoting cost-effective practices. We are a system one practice and prefer someone familiar with this system. The role involves managing repeat prescriptions, issuing and reviewing them, attending clinical meetings, and supporting the reception team in streamlining prescription queries. The goal is to enable the clinical pharmacist to review complex requests and ensure high-quality, safe, and timely repeat prescribing while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
