We are currently working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join the Pharmacy Department at a local hospital in Cambridge.

Contract Length: 3 months initial contract with the possibility of extension.

Rates of pay: £20 - £23 per hour (potentially negotiable depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Location: Based at a local hospital in Cambridge

Key responsibilities:

• Dispensing medications accurately to patients.
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies.
• Processing and entering prescriptions accurately.
• Labeling and packaging medications correctly.
• Assisting in filling prescriptions and compounding medications.
• Counseling patients on medication usage and addressing concerns.
