An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacy technician to join our innovative team, providing a medicines management service to the day treatment unit at NDDH. This vacancy is suitable for individuals with a special interest in cancer services who are looking to further their career and make a positive difference to patient outcomes. The successful applicant will join the cancer services pharmacy team which provides the pharmaceutical service to outpatients receiving treatment on the Seamoor Unit. Applicants will need to hold the relevant NVQ Level 3 and BTEC qualifications and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. It is desirable that you hold a medicines optimisation accreditation and technician checking accreditation or are willing to work towards these.
Working Pattern: 18.75 hours per week, with occasional weekend and bank holiday working.
