Accuracy and care define this role. You will oversee the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy and healthcare business, leading the daily management of the dispensary. You’ll be an expert in the technical aspects of medicine supply while delivering excellent patient care.
By guiding and supporting your pharmacy team and working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader, you’ll play a key role in growing our business.
You will help deliver the safe and effective running of the pharmacy and healthcare business, and lead the day-to-day running of the dispensary.
We’re offering you an exciting career opportunity to continue your professional and pharmacy journey. You will need an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent), and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
We value genuine passion for customer care, supporting and leading the dispensary team, and delivering pharmacy strategy in partnership with the team.
Additionally, you should have completed a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent to work within our dispensaries.
You may wish to become an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT); we can provide training and support for this. Your ongoing development through these qualifications and roles will be reflected in your pay and benefits.
