Qualifications

• Understanding of medication workflows and prescription processes.
• Awareness of safe medication monitoring (bloods, drug levels)

Responsibilities

• To support the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of medications across Penrose Health services, working closely with pharmacists and the MDT.
• Manage prescription workflows and monitor medication safety to ensure right patient, right medicine, right time.
• Contribute to cost-effective prescribing and audits, and support health promotion initiatives.
