Covingham Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a busy team. This role offers the chance to progress towards becoming a registered Pharmacy Technician and to complete the Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship.
You will support the safe and lawful supply of medicines, work with pharmacists and healthcare colleagues, and gain hands-on experience across dispensing, patient advice and stock control, with blended learning alongside your duties.
Formación
- GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desirable but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.
- If Maths/English Level 2 is not held, tests will determine suitability for the course.
Responsabilidades
- Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and accurately.
- Providing person-centred advice to patients on prescription and OTC medicines.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, including stock control and governance.
- Supervising and supporting staff as you progress in the role.
- Assisting with training and mentoring new staff members.
- Maintaining high standards through auditing and feedback.
