Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Team Leader in Taunton to lead and motivate the pharmacy team, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with GPhC standards. This full-time role involves supporting the Pharmacy Manager and driving performance across day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 considered), dispensary experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing is required; Level 2 considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail is beneficial
• Ambitious professionals ready to grow – internal promotions preferred

Hours: 39 hours per week Monday to Friday which will include some Saturdays

Salary: £17.10 per hour

• Previous experience working in a dispensary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail (e.g. previous store/assistant manager)
