The Role

As a Pharmacy Team Leader, you'll be part of the management team, responsible for providing efficient, knowledgeable, and exceptional customer service, with direct support from your Pharmacy Manager.

This role offers valuable experience, preparing you for bigger challenges. We support your professional and commercial development.

About You

• Achieved NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing or equivalent (Level 2 considered)
• Experience working in a dispensary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous supervisory experience in a pharmacy or retail sector (e.g., store manager/assistant store manager)
