Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Pharmacy Team Administrator to join the expanding pharmacy team at Bodmin Community Hospital.

This varied role provides PA support to the Chief Pharmacist and admin support to the wider pharmacy team, maintaining electronic databases and handling calls and emails. You will work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Formación

• GCSEs including English and Maths, plus admin/office training.
• Typing/word processing skills (RSA III) and admin experience.
• Experience in fast-paced office environments and with Excel.
• Commitment to self-development and safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Pharmacy Team.
• Maintain electronic databases and handle information flow.
• Deal with telephone and email enquiries and escalate as needed.
• Support 7-day service on a rolling rota and assist the Chief Pharmacist.
