Job Description:

The Golden Jubilee University National Hospital, home of the West of Scotland Heart & Lung Centre and an expanding elective centre, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the existing Pharmacy Team at the Golden Jubilee. The successful applicant will manage the supply of medicines within the ward environment and the automated drug cabinet, supporting the safe use of medicines. They will help deliver an effective, efficient, patient-focused service, ensuring all medicines are supplied in a timely manner. The role involves rotating between ward services, dispensary, and distribution.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organise, prioritise, and manage their own work. Previous pharmacy experience is desirable, but full training will be provided. The successful applicant will participate in full-week working and public holidays.
