A large healthcare organization in Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join the Central Prescribing Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Data Analyst to join the Central Prescribing Team to take forward new initiatives and developments in prescribing analysis. Prescribing data analysis is a key tool to monitor prescribing patterns and support both clinicians and managers to achieve the best outcomes from the available resources.
This post will require excellent communication and data analysis skills, working within a specialist Data Analyst Team and be part of a wider multidisciplinary team. The postholder will be expected to support Pharmacy Services in meeting targets and delivering prescribing analysis reports to a range of stakeholders.
Key to the role is exceptional problem-solving, data analysis skills, and the ability to work independently. The postholder must be proficient with databases, data wrangling, in the use of standard data analysis software, and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, planning, and organisation skills.
