This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Data Analyst to join the Central Prescribing Team to take forward new initiatives and developments in prescribing analysis. Prescribing data analysis is a key tool to monitor prescribing patterns and support both clinicians and managers to achieve the best outcomes from the available resources.

Responsibilities
  • Join the Central Prescribing Team to take forward new initiatives and developments in prescribing analysis.
  • Use prescribing data analysis to monitor prescribing patterns and support clinicians and managers to achieve the best outcomes from available resources.
  • Support Pharmacy Services in meeting targets and delivering prescribing analysis reports to a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and data analysis skills; work independently within a specialist Data Analyst Team and a wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency with databases, data wrangling, standard data analysis software (and other software packages); excellent written and verbal communication, planning and organisation skills.
