Job summary

Skills4 Pharmacy in Lancaster is offering a Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 apprenticeship. You will engage with customers to provide prescription counter services, give guidance, and help with stock rotation and replenishment while supporting a range of public health services.

The role includes on-the-job training to achieve a pharmacy qualification; successful apprentices gain practical experience in retail pharmacy and customer care.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A–C (or 4–9) in Maths and English desired but can be provided as part of the course.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are expected.
• Willingness to learn and follow instruction as part of an apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide prescription counter services and advice.
• Assist with stock rotation and stock replenishment to ensure shelf availability.
• Support delivery of public health services while gaining a pharmacy qualification.
