Job summary

Qualifications

• English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals (desirable)
• Attention to detail (essential)
• Stock control experience (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Work in the Repackaging Unit under the direction of the Chief Technician/Production Manager.
• Pre-pack bulk pharmaceuticals into A&E packs, OPD packs and ward packs for all customers of the unit.
• Overlabel pre-packed medicines for A&E, OPD and Clinic use; observe GMP/MHRA requirements.
• Receive and distribute pharmaceuticals with stock control and ensure quality service to customers.
