Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the management team of our exceptional Apprenticeships and Business Development department as a Pharmacy Professional Development Lead.

The Pharmacy Professional Development Lead will be responsible for managing the Professional Development Team, ensuring overall outstanding quality of teaching/assessing/verifying, learning and assessment across the courses.

Responsibilities include:

Provide leadership and line manager duties for the Pharmacy Professional Development Team.

To support the Head of School in the planning, innovation, design and development of curriculum programmes and cross College marketing activities.

To teach/assess/verify on courses specified by the Head of Department/Head of School.

To ensure overall outstanding quality of teaching/assessing/verifying, learning and assessment across the courses

To lead the Pharmacy Professional Development team to ensure that retention, progress, attainment and destinations targets are met;

To lead the Pharmacy Professional Development team to ensure course student and employer satisfaction benchmarks are met each year;

To ensure full compliance first time with all College procedures.

To provide course costings and information relating to resources, ensuring a quality experience for students
