Salary: Up to £63,000 per year + Bonus, Store discounts, 33 days AL, Fees paid + much more!

Hours: Full Time, 44 hours per week

Location: Barnsley

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing an excellent level of care to patients within the community.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience, achieving high levels of patient safety.
  • Taking responsibility for the support and development of all direct reports and locums to maintain high standards of professional customer service and compliance within GPhC standards and clinical governance.
  • Procure and prepare medicines as needed.
  • Dispense medicines effectively and accurately.
  • Organise prescriptions for patients.
  • Use excellent communication skills to meet patients’ needs.
What You’ll Bring
  • A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
  • Experience in delivering national and local NHS and private healthcare services.
  • Ability to balance the roles of line manager and pharmacist to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ability to deliver results by inspiring and motivating your team to take action within the defined KRAs.
  • Experience in challenging, confronting, and solving difficult situations while maintaining solid connections in-store and with field teams.

This community pharmacy is based in Barnsley, accessible via Sheffield, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Leeds, Doncaster, Pontefract, and Dewsbury.
