Salary: Up to £63,000 per year + Bonus, Store discounts, 33 days AL, Fees paid + much more!

Hours: Full Time, 44 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing excellent care to patients within the community
• Leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding patient experiences and high standards of safety
• Supporting and developing all direct reports and locums to ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance
• Procurement and preparation of medicines
• Dispensing medicines accurately and effectively
• Organizing prescriptions for patients
• Using excellent communication skills to meet patients’ needs

What You’ll Bring

• A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
• Experience delivering NHS and private healthcare services
• Ability to balance the roles of line manager and pharmacist to ensure a safe working environment
• Ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve results within defined KRAs
• Experience in handling challenging situations while maintaining strong connections within the store and with field teams

This Community Pharmacy is based in Barnsley, accessible via Sheffield, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Leeds, Doncaster, Pontefract, and Dewsbury.
