Job summary

Voy in Oxford is seeking a Pharmacy Support Worker to assist the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. You will report to the Production Manager and help ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time in a fast-paced environment.

You will unpack and organise stock, pack to KPI targets, handle returns, and keep the warehouse clean. The role is full-time, 8am–4pm with some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must have a keen eye for detail.
• Able to handle and package large quantities safely.
• Capable of timely stock counts and fast-paced work.
• Works to deadlines and supports the team.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil orders on the day with the team.
• Prepare stock by unboxing and organising large quantities.
• Pack stock to meet company KPIs.
• Process returned orders per SOPs.
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
• Support general stock-keeping tasks.
