Do you have managerial experience of working in the operations department of the apprenticeship sector? Would you like to take part in training and developing the next generation of superstar practitioners?

Impact Futures and The Childcare Company have a brand-new opportunity for a passionate individual who want to make an impact in the future of our apprenticeships' learners, to join our team as Operations Performance Manager. The role is hybrid, a blend between working from home and travelling occasionally for department meetings within and around your given area.

Responsibilities

A key success factor will be the ability to work with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), introducing and developing new concepts in a collaborative and engaging manner that are aligned to the operational and financial drivers of the business. An Operations Performance Manager is an internal and external ambassador responsible for leading and embedding our ethos and culture across the sector and wider business. Individual KPI’s will be reviewed and agreed at regular intervals including annual appraisal. You’ll be joining a leading national training provider at an exciting time of growth and expansion, working in a fun and supportive environment in an organisation with a strong focus on people and culture. About you
  • Strong leadership skills and experience, including the management of change, risk management, commercial awareness, and performance management
  • Track record of leading operational strategies - Proven experience of excellent people management and performance management skills with the ability to inspire and develop strong relationships
  • High level operational leadership and management experience, including a proven track record of managing remotely
  • Strong data and analytical skills - Proven experience of managing a team towards the achievement of set targets
  • Experience of working with ESFA, funding rules and audit requirements
